Genome Evaluation Edition - a fully functional version of Genome that can be used to evaluate Genome without any time restrictions. The only limitation is that it is not allowed for production usage.
Genome Express Edition - intended for users who want to get familiar with Genome by using it in real projects that also roll into commercial production. Direct experience with initial development costs and also maintenance and extensibility amke it easier to weigh the benefits of using Genome in own projects. The price tag of Genome Express falls within a range in which developers can usually make their own decisions without involving management. Once own experiences have proven Genome's benefits, the license can be easily upgraded to Genome Professional if extended features are necessary. Please note that the Express edition only supports MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005 (a full list of disabled features is available here).
Genome Professional Edition - the fully featured edition of Genome intended for commercial usage.
Genome Community Edition - also fully featured, but limited to non-commercial/non-governmental usage. Subject to approval.
